However, despite the challenges you've encountered, you continue to move forward. You are more resilient than ever, and that's worth celebrating.

He urges us to absorb life's challenges like a fire, using them to fuel our inner strength. This doesn't imply that you shouldn't feel sadness during tough times; it's perfectly normal to feel that way. Yet, it does suggest that, ultimately, these hardships offer a chance for growth.
