Is there a place in your mind where you feel safe, where anything seems achievable? What are your healing aspirations for today, tomorrow, next month, and beyond? Have you considered these objectives before? You might have ambitions like achieving financial success, relocating to a more spacious home, or securing a better job. Yet, how often do you reflect on your inner self?
If you've been following my series, you might recall an earlier piece titled "Heal First, Improve Next: The Order Matters." I'm here to reiterate why this order is crucial.
The external goals you associate with improving your life—like wealth, possessions, and property—are intrinsically linked to the inner clearing you can achieve. For instance, overcoming the fear of public speaking often requires addressing the deep-rooted trauma from childhood experiences, such as feeling ignored or being scared to speak up when it mattered most. Some traumas can be so profound that they linger in your subconscious.
Regardless of whether your aspirations are internal or external, creative visualization serves as a beneficial tool.
This potent technique, highlighted by Shakti Gawain in her book "Creative Visualization," enables you to tap into the power of your imagination, facilitating healing through goal-setting and affirmations. The essence lies in visualizing your desired state or self as if it's already occurring.
You can unleash your creativity by imagining vivid details through all your senses and genuinely experiencing the emotions tied to that vision. This process helps you create an internal reality that can eventually manifest externally.
Many therapists and healers employ this method regularly, and even sales professionals find it useful. As you navigate your healing journey, you'll start to perceive that your internal and external worlds are interconnected, leading you to gain insights into where you may need to focus your efforts—internally or externally.
You might wonder why, if these realms are intertwined, we can't simply improve our external circumstances first and heal internally afterward. While that approach is possible, it often reveals limitations compared to prioritizing inner healing.
You may have heard stories of successful individuals who, after achieving their life goals, plunge into depression. Why does this happen? It's because the external world has its limits in providing true contentment. Many of us chase external validation for happiness, often neglecting our inner selves until later in life—or sometimes never at all. You are the only person who truly understands your internal landscape. This misalignment can hinder effective happiness. Have you recognized this yet?
Therefore, engage in creative visualization to cultivate the experiences you desire internally, whether related to the past, present, or future. If you find past traumas overwhelming, seeking professional guidance may be necessary.
The goal is to rewrite your past narratives, allowing them not to dictate your present and future, enabling your body to experience healing.

I hope you are finding value in this series. Some may think I’ve ceased writing for this challenge, which I’ve labeled a 30-day endeavor. However, I’m proceeding at my own pace, carefully deciding what to share. If starting from the beginning isn’t appealing, feel free to begin from here or revisit the first week of the healing series. The second week will delve into various tools available, and Day 8 is also accessible.
