Before embarking on any creative endeavor, take a moment to meditate for just three minutes. Many individuals experience creative blocks due to resistance against the process itself. A brief meditation can loosen your mind and reduce this resistance, leading to immediate boosts in creativity.
Recognize that worrying achieves nothing in terms of control—it's merely an illusion. Shift your focus from grinding to enjoying the process. When you apply pressure to your tasks, you often overlook the details.
