Transforming from Money Seeker to Creative Visionary

Chapter 1: The Journey Begins
The initial motivation behind launching my side-hustle was financial gain. This desire was what prompted me to take the first step.
For an entire year, the idea of starting a side project lingered in my mind, replaying itself until, in September, it began to dominate my daily routine. Eventually, I started jotting down plans in my to-do lists, and by October, I had opened my Etsy shop and professional Pinterest account.
While browsing Pinterest, I stumbled upon Medium, a platform that caught my attention amid endless pins (though, regrettably, I lost track of the source and cannot give proper credit).
Initially, I only explored the site without registering. However, my curiosity grew, and it became frustrating that I couldn't access more content. It wasn't a lack of funds that held me back; I wanted to determine whether I would remain engaged. Nowadays, I strive to be more discerning in my online pursuits.
Once I learned that Medium offered monetization opportunities, I decided to join. It became an integral part of my side-hustle strategy. Even though writing isn't my primary focus—I don’t even see myself as a writer, at least not yet—I wanted to explore this avenue.
Throughout this journey, I've been gathering insights on various side-hustle opportunities, both those I'm interested in and those I haven't yet considered but are on the horizon. I collect tips, guides, and ideas—did I mention that collecting is my forte? There were times when the sheer volume of information overwhelmed me, prompting thoughts of unsubscribing from all platforms and retreating from it all.
Fortunately, I didn’t do that! One day, I awoke to the realization that I was in a peak creative phase of my life, with the ability to pursue my ambitions, marking a significant turning point for me.
Transitioning from a money-driven mindset to embracing my creative side has been liberating. While financial gain is still appealing, it no longer dominates my priorities. When I immerse myself in my online business, I lose track of time and experience a profound sense of fulfillment.
Chapter 2: The Essence of Work
Confucius once said, "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life." I grasped the meaning initially, but now it resonates deeply with me.
“Creation originates from your innate creativity, fueled by the Creator within you, where your hidden potential resides. This creative energy flows and begins to radiate outward, guiding you toward further action.”
I recognize that my progress may be gradual, and that’s perfectly acceptable. I understand that my time will not always be evenly split between my side projects and my regular job, which continues to occupy much of my time. This reality is fine as well. Although I’m not among those who have skyrocketed from nothing to seven-figure incomes, I am moving closer to realizing my creative aspirations.
I aspire to cultivate a fulfilling and creative daily existence.
